(14) Henry Ford II SS 2-1 In the Finals, Henry Ford proposed to set up secondary schools in Federal Prisons and reduce Recidivism by increasing GED scores. The Negative felt that this would obviously entrench Capitalism, Dangerously increase US Hegemony and that it wasn't in Existing Secondary schools, before settling in the 2NR for the argument that the affirmative did not have a card saying that they increased test scores. Julie Bashkin and John DiLuca voted negative. Tim Alderete voted aff that the GED is a test. Bashkin and DiLuca felt that the Aff should have said that, exposing an underlying fundamental difference in how Mr Alderete views topicality rounds.
